The goods

Domestic comfort goods, non-invasive household utility gadgets, modular interior storage systems, and home organizational accessories designed exclusively for domestic living spaces. Individual listings specify package components, item quantities, and dimensions. Imagery serves visual reference; outer cartons may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

Your purchase initiates upon checkout completion. We send an acknowledgement by email, but the formal sales contract binds only upon parcel dispatch. We reserve the right to decline orders due to stock depletion or unverified data, returning any captured funds promptly.

Prices and payment

Stated prices use GBP and incorporate applicable VAT. Shipping fees appear prior to final transaction confirmation. Supported options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the amount before dispatch and ask whether you wish to proceed or cancel.

Logistics methods, transit schedules, and fees are detailed in the Delivery & Payment section. Physical risk transfers to the buyer upon receipt of goods.

Product images and colours

Item photographs depict actual production stock. Displayed tones vary based on monitor settings, software rendering, and surrounding illumination. Minor tonal variations do not constitute product flaws and do not entitle the buyer to free return shipping or financial compensation. Transfer of risk

We bear liability for packages until delivery to you or your designated recipient at the specified address. The risk of loss or damage passes at that point. Report noticeable shipping damage directly to the courier on delivery and alert our support team within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You hold the right to return items within 30 days of arrival as set out on the Returns page. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all electrical organizers and utility gadgets carry a 12-month statutory warranty against manufacturer faults and electrical defects under standard domestic usage.

• Custom-built or personalized storage units assembled to consumer specifications
• Perishable maintenance supplies or surface cleaning solutions with limited shelf life
• Personal care or grooming organizers unsealed after delivery where sanitary protection is compromised
• Items that become inseparably mixed with other household materials following installation
• Digital configuration software or downloadable manuals unsealed or retrieved by the buyer

Liability

The total liability of Veldon Living Ltd arising under these terms shall not exceed the total monetary sum paid by the customer for the order in dispute or £100, whichever amount is greater. Nothing in these contractual terms restricts liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable statute.

Age and use

Buyers must have reached 18 years of age to order. Use all items solely as indicated on product labels; our tools and accessories do not replace professional medical guidance.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct discussion, jurisdiction belongs to the court at our registered business address, without affecting your statutory consumer rights under local law.
