Settle via cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. An immediate order confirmation email provides your purchase number.
Dispatch
Orders submitted before our cut-off time dispatch on the same business day, safely packed and transferred to an insured courier with full tracking.
Use and return
Use the item in your home. If you reconsider, return the product within 30 days subject to the conditions on our Returns page.

Common questions
How do I care for the ABS plastic and bamboo parts?Wipe plastic and aluminium surfaces with warm water and mild dish liquid. Bamboo tops should be hand-wiped dry rather than soaked in dishwashers to maintain structural density.
What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash on delivery when your courier arrives, as well as advance bank transfer. We do not process online credit or debit cards.
What is your returns policy if an item does not fit my space?You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once received at our Leeds depot and checked, your payment is reimbursed via bank transfer.
