You have 30 days from arrival to return any purchase from Veldon Living, regardless of reason. This document outlines requirements, the return flow, shipping costs, and refund timelines.
To qualify for a refund within the 30-day window, items must remain unused, uninstalled, inside original brand packaging, and complete with all enclosed cables, fasteners, organizers, and manuals.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or mispacked, we cover return costs by issuing a prepaid shipping slip or booking courier collection. If you return an item by choice, you cover postage; we impose no further handling deductions.
We process your refund within 3 business days after physical inspection concludes. Cash-on-delivery payments transfer directly to your designated bank account; wire transfers revert to the originating account. Banks typically post funds within 1-5 business days.

To swap for a different model, size, or tool, complete the standard return and submit a separate order. We refund the original piece upon inspection. When replacing items sent in error, dispatch of the replacement costs you nothing.
