How do I care for the ABS plastic and bamboo parts?
Wipe plastic and aluminium surfaces with warm water and mild dish liquid. Bamboo tops should be hand-wiped dry rather than soaked in dishwashers to maintain structural density.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery when your courier arrives, as well as advance bank transfer. We do not process online credit or debit cards.
What is your returns policy if an item does not fit my space?
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once received at our Leeds depot and checked, your payment is reimbursed via bank transfer.
When will my order leave your depot?
Orders received before 16:00 on business days are inspected and prepared for courier dispatch that afternoon from our Leeds depot.
